Cancellation policy
A summary of how cancellations, refunds and date changes work across ARBAB stays.
Standard policy
Most ARBAB stays offer free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made 2–7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
Per-property terms
Some Signature properties (villas, longer stays, peak-season dates) carry stricter terms, shown clearly on the property page and again before you confirm payment. The policy that applied at the time of booking always governs your reservation.
Payment schedule
A 30% deposit is charged at booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is charged automatically 7 days before check-in, using the payment method on file.
Date changes
Need to shift your dates rather than cancel? Contact the concierge team — date changes are accommodated where availability allows, generally without a change fee.
Exceptional circumstances
For documented emergencies (medical, bereavement, government travel restrictions), contact support — reviewed case by case, outside the standard policy above.
